Overview
3F Oil Palm Pvt. Ltd. (3FOP) is a venture of the Andhra Pradesh based 3F Group. The erstwhile Oil Palm Division of the Group was incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of Foods Fats & Fertilizers Ltd. (presently, 3F Industries Ltd.) the flagship company of the Group, in July 2010. The parent company was established in 1962. Having started modestly with extraction of oil from rice bran, it has expanded its footprints in diverse sectors like Oil Palm cultivation, manufacture of edible oils and their by-products, bakery shortenings and margarine, specialty fats, commodity trading, garments, power etc. Oil Palm Division of Foods Fats & Fertilizers Ltd. (FFFL) was established in 1993. FFFL was among the first few companies identified by the Government of Andhra Pradesh for implementing the Oil Palm Development Project. Later it expanded its operations to seven other states viz., Karnataka, Mizoram, Orissa, Arunachal Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat and Chhattisgarh. 3F OPAPL has established Oil Palm processing facilities in Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka and arrangements are in the pipeline to set up a crude Palm Oil mill in Mizoram also.

Vision
By 2030 we will have quality area coverage of 2 lacs hectare. Vivid descriptions of the vision: 1. Our refinery will be operational by FY 2018-19. 2. Our consumer brand will be the market leader in palm oil in India by 2025. 3. #1 oil palm company in India by 2025.25% of the domestic area coverage will be through captive plantation by 2030. 4. We will operate in Africa by FY 17-18 and subsequently in South America cumulatively covering 1 lac hectares. 5. Be a billion dollar company by 2030.We will innovate and create value added products including bio diesel and fertilizers. 6. We will explore opportunities of inorganic growth.
