3A ASSOCIATES is a manufacturer of a wide range of Insulating Materials for HT/LT Motor Alternator/Generator Traction applications Transformer/Switchgears In 2019 we were voted as Best Major Vendor by M/s. WEG Industries. In 2023 we were awarded for contribution to an “Aatmanirbhar Bharat” by the Ministry of Heavy Industry. We are currently exporting to Europe, South Africa, and Middle East. Customers include Indian, European, Japanese, South American HT motor / Wind Generator manufacturers / Turbo Generator /Hydrogenerator / Traction Motor manufacturers. Customers enjoy the following benefits: Single source for most insulating materials. Expertise in Material Choice. Compatibility studies for system components. Testing at 3A of both materials and systems. Our total plant area is approx 60000 sq. feet. and our Laboratory area is 5000 Sq.Feet Our laboratory includes VPI tank to evaluate systems and carry out the developmental work. We also carry out the Sealtube test for the compatibility of Insulating Materials. Our Products Range Tapes & Fabrics: Insulating Tapes, Adhesive Tapes, Coated Fabrics, Woven Tapes. Sleeves: Coated Sleeves, Silicone Glass Sleeves, High Temperature Sleeves. Prepregs: Epoxy Prepregs, Phenolic Prepregs, Silicone Prepregs. Liquid Insulation: Varnishes, Impregnating Resins, Silicone RTV, Epoxy compound, Special additives for VPI. Composites & Laminates: Swellable Mats, FRP laminates, Composite Rings. NonWovens : Non woven Products / Felts Adhesives: Epoxy Adhesives
