Zonal Training Manager - Bangalore

Role & responsibilities

• Assess Training Needs Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill and knowledge gaps and develop targeted learning interventions.
  
• Deliver Training Programs Facilitate training sessions on products, sales effectiveness, customer service, compliance, and behavioral skills for regional teams.
  
• Drive Capability Development Coach and mentor sales managers and frontline employees to improve performance and strengthen on-the-job learning.
  
• Partner with Business Stakeholders – Collaborate with business leaders, HR, and the central L&D team to implement training strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

• Measure Training Effectiveness – Track training impact through assessments, KPIs, MIS dashboards, and management reporting to ensure continuous improvement and business results.

Preferred candidate profile

• 15+ years of experience in Training & Development, with at least 3 years in sales training within BFSI, NBFC, FMCG, or Telecom industries.
• Strong expertise in training needs analysis, learning program design, facilitation, and coaching.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence diverse teams.
• Proven ability to link training outcomes with business performance using assessments, KPIs, and analytics.
