Role Overview: The ideal candidate brings first-hand experience from managing campus placements, deep industry connections, and a strong grasp of how fresher recruitment worksespecially in fast-growing domains like Data Science, Analytics, and Software Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate connects : Visit corporates in the respective regions and drive home opportunities for the freshers across campuses and online bootcamp programs
Relationship Management : Engage with corporates to build and maintain strong connects with hiring teams
Industry Connects: Leverage your existing recruiter relationships and networks to open doors for new hiring partnerships
Employer Engagement: Conduct high-quality, consultative discussions with recruiters to understand hiring needs and position our learner pool effectively
Recruitment Coordination: Own the entire recruitment process lifecycleJD sharing, student shortlisting, scheduling, feedback management, and offer rollouts
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education: BE. /BTech or MBA from a reputed institute
Experience: 3-4 years as a TPO or in a placement-facing role at a Tier 2 Engineering college/B-school
Domain Exposure: Prior experience with UG placements and roles in tech-heavy domains (Data Science, Analytics, Software Engineering) is a big plus
Stakeholder Management: Excellent communicator with the ability to manage recruiters, internal teams, and students with equal effectiveness
Process-Oriented: Strong grasp of campus hiring workflows and placement operations Result-Oriented: Bias for action with a track record of driving outcomes
