  • Knowledge of MSME Sustainable (ZED) Certification requirements
  • Experience in ZED Certification, ISO standards, or related management systems
  • Strong documentation and report-writing skills
  • Understanding of quality, environmental, and sustainability principles
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Project coordination and stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to travel to client sites when required
