Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Write politically sharp and narrative-based content for long-form YouTube videos,
Shorts, Reels, captions, descriptions, and blogs
- Script engaging long-form YouTube videos, Shorts, and series
- Create video captions, descriptions, and SEO-friendly titles
- Collaborate with video editors and animation teams
- Analyze video performance using YouTube Analytics and dashboards
- Research trending topics and audience behavior for maximum engagement
- Use Google Sheets, Docs, and PowerPoint to track content strategy
- Incorporate AI tools and storytelling techniques for viral content
Requirements:
- 25 years in content writing, video scripting, or journalism
- Strong knowledge of YouTube trends and audience engagement
- Long-form storytelling & short-form video scripting expertise
- Dashboard & analytics experience to optimize reach and watch time
- Creativity and ability to deliver high-quality content under deadlines
Bonus:
- Political or public affairs content experience
- Knowledge of multiple languages
