About the Role :

We're currently looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join the YesMadam team. If you're passionate about designing intuitive, mobile-first experiences and enjoy solving complex design problems, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design seamless, user-centric mobile app experiences from concept to final UI.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.

- Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components.

- Translate product requirements into intuitive user flows and polished interfaces.

- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback.

- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.

What We're Looking For :

- 1-5 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience, preferably for mobile apps.

- Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems).

- Good understanding of Android and iOS design guidelines.

- A strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and problem-solving.

- Strong visual design skills, including typography, color, layout, and interaction design.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
