Xoriant - Business Intelligence Analyst (5-10 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to support the Real Estate Services (RES) Global Facilities and Construction (F&C), Business Execution Team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between our business stakeholders and the engineering team, playing a crucial role in defining data flows and building insightful reports.

This individual will leverage their deep expertise in SQL, Tableau, and Cognos to analyze complex business requirements, design data processes for our new data lake, and translate data into actionable business intelligence. This role will report directly to the APAC Business Execution Team Lead / Business Analyst Lead.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business, Project Management, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role.

- Corporate Real Estate and/or Financial Services experience is highly desirable.

- Analytical Acumen : Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

- Technical Proficiency (Must-have) :

1. Expert-level proficiency in SQL, with the ability to read, write, and optimize complex queries.

2. Proven, hands-on experience developing reports and dashboards with both Tableau and Cognos.

3. Experience working with diverse database systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and data formats.

4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).

5. Good understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.

- Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and actionable insights for diverse audiences.

- Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
