EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Information Technology
Minerals & Metals IC undertakes projects in Ferrous & Non-Ferrous business covering Iron making (Blast Furnace, Sinter Plant & Coke Ovens), Steel Making, and Non-Ferrous business covering Aluminum (Smelters & Refinery), Zinc Smelting, Copper Smelters and Mineral Beneficiation. It also undertakes projects in Bulk Material Handling in Power and Ports, Steel, Mining and Special Conveyor Business like Coal Handling Plant, Wagon Tippler, Stacker Reclaimers, Ash Handling Plant, Long Conveyor, Ports and Special conveyor projects. It provides EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) solutions for the customers which are metal manufacturing industries and for the customers which are in processing industries, like Steel, Power Plant, Cement industries, Ports and Mines.
TECHNICAL FACTORS 1. Experience in large-scale EPC or infrastructure projects. 2. Familiarity with project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.). 3. Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). 4. Understanding of digital transformation initiatives in construction/project environments
Key Responsibilities 1. Lead and support implementation of Wrench Smart IPMS across EPC projects. 2. Understand and align system functionalities with EPC Project Management processes (Engineering, Procurement, Construction). 3. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Wrench Smart modules as per project requirements. 4. Manage and administer SQL databases, including data integrity, performance tuning, and reporting support. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Planning, SCM, Site, IT) for seamless system integration. 6. Provide user support, issue resolution, and system enhancements. 7. Conduct user training sessions and develop training materials for end users. 8. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user manuals. 9. Analyze project data and explore AI/ML-based insights for improving project efficiency and decision-making. 10. Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for system upgrades and issue resolution.
11. Ensure adherence to organizational standards, data governance, and cybersecurity policies. 12. Strong understanding of EPC Project Management concepts. 13. Hands-on experience with Wrench Smart IPMS (implementation/configuration/support). 14. Proficiency in SQL and Database Administration. 15. Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in project analytics. 16. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
