Workplace Identity Specialist

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage and support identity platforms including Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Okta, and Google Workspace IAM.
• Implement and maintain MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, Zero Trust, and identity security policies.
• Administer Identity Governance, PIM, PAM, RBAC/ABAC, and identity lifecycle management.
• Automate identity processes using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Troubleshoot identity and authentication issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure platform availability.
• Collaborate with global teams to support identity integrations, migrations, and Modern Workplace initiatives.
• Create technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of identity services.

Required Skills:-

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Okta.
• Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance, PIM, and PAM.
• Experience with Windows Server, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Good understanding of MFA, SAML, OAuth, SCIM, SSO, Federation, and Directory Synchronization.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust, enterprise security best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Experience working in enterprise or multi-tenant environments.

Preferred Certifications:-

• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
• Okta Certified Professional/Administrator
