Job Summary (in list format):
- Ensure the accuracy, functionality, and security of Workday HCM modules related to compensation, benefits, payroll, and time tracking.
- Develop and execute test strategies, scripts, and scenarios for Workday enhancements, releases, and new features.
- Specialize in testing Compensation (Merit, Bonus, Stock), Benefits (Open Enrollment), Core HCM, and Absence Management modules.
- Support integration testing for Workday interfaces, including EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, and payroll vendor connections.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated regression test scripts using tools such as Leapwork, UiPath, or Selenium.
- Validate data integrity, test security roles, and verify calculated fields to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Identify, analyze, log, and track defects using tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira, managing the resolution process.
- Collaborate with functional analysts, Payroll, HRIS teams, and business partners to understand requirements and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Participate in annual testing events such as Open Enrollment and Compensation Reviews.
- Promote process improvements and standardization within Workday to minimize manual interventions.
