Workday Project Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Workday Project Manager to lead the implementation of Workday Talent Management solutions, including Talent Acquisition (Recruiting), Talent Optimization, and Learning. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end Workday implementations, project governance, testing, deployment, cutover, and stakeholder management in global enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday Talent Management implementation projects.
• Manage project planning, scope, timelines, milestones, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive project governance, steering committee meetings, status reporting, and executive communication.
• Coordinate delivery across Talent Acquisition, Talent Optimization, and Learning workstreams.
• Partner with Workday Professional Services to manage design, build, testing, deployment, hypercare, and project delivery.
• Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment validation, and testing sign-offs.
• Develop and manage deployment readiness, cutover plans, Go/No-Go activities, and hypercare transition.
• Coordinate data migration activities with business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR Leadership, HR IT Solutions, Product Owners, IT Teams, and Workday Professional Services to ensure successful project execution.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Project Management experience in enterprise software implementations.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Workday implementation projects.
• Strong experience with Workday Talent Management, including:
• Workday Recruiting (Talent Acquisition)
• Workday Talent Optimization
• Workday Learning
• Experience managing phased or multi-wave implementations.
• Strong experience in project governance, risk management, stakeholder management, testing, deployment, and cutover.
• Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and deployment readiness activities.
• Experience working in global HR technology transformation programs.
