Certification(s) Preferred:

Active Workday certification - Orchestrate

Required Skill:

5+ years of relevant Workday Integration experience, including complex development and production support.
Strong hands-on experience with Workday Orchestrate, including design, development, deployment and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core/Cloud Connectors, REST/SOAP, WSDL, XML/XSLT, Calculated Fields, Advanced/Custom Reports, ISUs and ISSGs.
Experience integrating Workday across HCM, Payroll and/or Financial Management and third-party applications.
Experience working in a Managed Services / Operate environment and managing multiple client priorities.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and root-cause analysis capabilities.
Ability to independently own deliverables and communicate effectively with client and global stakeholders.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor team members and drive continuous improvement

Responsibilities:

Design, build, test, deploy and support Workday integrations and Orchestrate solutions.
Develop Orchestrations for complex, multi-step processes and integrations with external enterprise applications.
Build and support solutions using EIB, Core/Cloud Connectors, Workday Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, XML and XSLT.
Configure supporting components including ISUs, ISSGs, integration security, scheduling, notifications, calculated fields and reports.
Troubleshoot complex integration and Orchestrate issues, perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes.
Monitor and enhance integrations for performance, reliability, error handling and maintainability.
Support tenant migrations, deployments and Workday release impact assessments.
Identify opportunities to automate and simplify operational processes using Workday Orchestrate.
Partner with functional, technical, security and client teams to deliver effective solution
