Workday Integration Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Specialist with a strong background in designing, developing, testing, and supporting integrations within the Workday HCM and Finance domains. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with various Workday integration tools and technologies, including Workday Studio, Cloud Connectors, EIB, and Workday APIs. Proficiency in XML, XSLT, and JSON is essential, alongside robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support integrations in Workday HCM and Finance domain.
• Handle complex support issues and work on new enhancements/developments.
• Responsible for maintenance, improvement, and implementation of integrations for multiple countries/vendors/processes through Incident / Change Request Management.
• Prepare technical specifications from functional specifications and business requirements.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders during implementation and support activities.
• Support unit testing, integration testing, and production deployments.
• Follow Workday development standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Active Workday certification in integration space.
• Workday Studio hands-on experience.
• Exposure to BIRT reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing capabilities.
• Strong experience in data transformation and integration development.
• Good experience in Workday integration development, testing, validation, and deployment.
• Hands-on experience in technical solution design, release management, and integration delivery activities.
• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Document Transformation (DT)

• Hands-on experience with Workday APIs:
