2) Workday Functional Consultant - Security Configuration Lead
Skills Required:
5-8 years experience in an HRIS or HR Operations role.
2 3 years hands-on experience configuring Workday Security.
Strong domain knowledge in areas of HR, Recruiting and Time-Off.
Experience supporting Workday internally within large, complex global organizations.
Experience supporting Workday security and business processes within large, complex global organizations.
Strong English proficiency (verbal & written) with excellent communication and organizational skills.
The ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
Ability to quickly learn and embrace new toolsets.
Ability to advise and question, as well as analyze and execute.
Effective problem-solving skills, high degree of initiative and creativity with a quality focus and strong attention to detail.
The ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
