We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals for a Blended Process (Voice + Non-Voice) role. This is a 100% Work From Home opportunity suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates.

Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate (both can apply)
Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills :-35 WPM
Technical Requirements:
Laptop/Desktop with Intel i5 processor or above
Operating System: Windows 11
RAM: Minimum 8 GB
Stable Wi-Fi/Internet connection
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via calls, chat, and email
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Follow company processes and quality standards
Work Details:
Work Mode: 100% Work From Home
Shift: 24/7 rotational shifts
Working Days: 6 days a week
Week Off: 1 rotational off
