Job Description
- Meeting with clients to discuss website design and function.
- Designing and building the website front-end.
- Creating the website architecture.
- Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
- Generating WordPress themes and plugins.
- Cutomizing shopify websites
- Conducting website performance tests.
- Troubleshooting content issues.
- Conducting WordPress training with the client.
- Monitoring the performance of the live website.
- Expert in WordPress and Shopify to develop complex functionalities using CMSs as a base
- Proficient in Javascript and jQuery, Ajax and MySQL, SQL, REST API
- Familiarity with Visual Design’s, and ability to develop pages using the VD’s
- Familiarity with browser developer tools and git or similar code versioning platforms
- Strong communication skills
