Wordpress Expert

We seek to hire a WordPress expert who will be responsible both for the front and back end development. You will also be responsible for creation of different WordPress themes and plugins for various tasks as designated.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To design and implement new features and functionality
• To be able to establish and guide the websites architecture
• To ensure high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
• To help in formulating an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.
• To create plug-ins/widgets that match with WordPress standard
• To mentor and grow technical talent in the organization
• To be able to work in a team and individually
• To participate in on ground research with project teams
• To lead the synthesis process by creating frameworks and/or models to identify and frame consumer insights, needs opportunities
• To be able to translate the synthesis into detailed documentation of insights, needs innovation opportunities
• To discuss all development related issues with the manager and resolve as soon as possible
• Good knowledge of analytical and problem solving skills as well
• To generate a formal Performance Analysis report on performance issues, analysis and quantified improvement in performance

Qualifications Skills

• A Bacheolers degree in Computer Science engineering
• Experience in web development and UI/UX Development in WordPress ( PSD to Wordpress/HTML convertion)
• Expert knowledge of WordPress (Plugin/theme development/theme customization/building custom theme options)
• Strong knowledge of current web development languages (HTML5, CSS3, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP skills) (Must)
• Experience in developing highly responsive and scalable websites (Must)
• Strong command of Bootstrap 3.0 (Must)
• Experience in Secure WordPress installing and managing user accounts
