Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a WordPress Developer to manage, maintain, and improve our company website. The role will involve day-to-day WordPress management, website updates, page development, troubleshooting, performance improvements, and future web development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company website using WordPress and Elementor.
- Create, edit, and update website pages, landing pages, forms, menus, and content.
- Manage and publish blogs through the WordPress CMS.
- Troubleshoot WordPress, Elementor, plugin, theme, and responsive-design issues.
- Ensure the website performs well across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Monitor and improve website speed and performance using tools such as PageSpeed Insights.
- Handle basic SEO corrections including meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, image alt text, internal links, and sitemap-related issues.
- Work with Rank Math, Google Search Console, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Manage website forms, integrations, tracking codes, backups, SSL, and routine maintenance.
- Configure and maintain WordPress plugins and other website tools.
- Implement future website enhancements and new web features using modern web technologies.
- Explore and work with new development tools, AI tools, and technologies as the website evolves.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of WordPress
- Elementor experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Basic JavaScript knowledge
- Understanding of WordPress plugins, themes, and CMS
- Basic understanding of SEO
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and work with modern web technologies

- Basic Coding knowledge (Reactjs/nextjs)
