Job Description:

Role Summary

Develop, test, and support mainframe applications to meet business and compliance requirements. Responsible for analysis, coding, implementation, and maintenance of enhancements in a collaborative Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver mainframe application enhancements.
• Perform unit and integration testing.
• Ensure adherence to coding, quality, and compliance standards.
• Support deployment, maintenance, and production activities.
• Collaborate with development and support teams.

Technical Skills

• COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM
• Online & Batch Processing
• DevOps and Agile Practices
• Data & Risk Management
• Analytical Thinking and Collaboration

Preferred

• 6+ years of mainframe development/support experience.
• Strong expertise in COBOL, DB2, JCL, CICS, VSAM, and Batch/Online systems.
• Experience with DB2 Stored Procedures (preferred).
• Knowledge of NDM/FTP, OPC/TWS, File Manager, SPUFI, QMF, IDz, and Endevor.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Experience with BMC Remedy or ITSM tools.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
