Job Description
1. Managing All Server support
2. Responsible for all downtime & Server uptime availability
3. Responsible to manage AD, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, Commvault, Antivirus Support, etc.
4. Responsible for managing all Server performance & health reports.
5. Responsible to monitor, report & act upon all Server related issues.
6. Manage Incident, Problem & Change management for all Servers.
7. Manage Vendor coordination for all Server HW related issue.
8. Responsible for Patch and file management for all servers & end user machines
9. Responsible to Support in Virtualization Setup including VMWare.
