Windows Admin 2, Hyper V, Failover Cluster, patching ,os migration

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage Windows servers, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of IIS and Hyper-V environments.
• Perform routine tasks such as patching, backups, and monitoring to ensure system stability and security.
• Troubleshoot issues related to server hardware, software, and network connectivity using various tools like Wireshark.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues affecting production systems.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in Windows Server administration (IIS & Hyper-V).
• Strong understanding of failover cluster concepts and implementation on Windows platforms.
• Proficiency in managing multiple concurrent projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
