Are you an experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer looking for your next opportunity? We're hiring passionate professionals to join DCM Infotech company and work on enterprise-scale ServiceNow IRM implementations.

Location: PAN India (Work From Office)
Experience: 4+ Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
CTC: Best in industry

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Implement and customize ServiceNow IRM modules, including: Risk Management, Audit Management, Policy & Compliance Management. Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflows, and Flow Designer solutions.

Build bi-directional integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
Create reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics for compliance and risk monitoring.

Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional Agile teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Mandatory Skills:
4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Minimum 2+ years of ServiceNow IRM implementation experience.

Strong knowledge of: ServiceNow IRM, Risk Management, Audit Management, Policy & Compliance, CMDB, Discovery, ITSM, JavaScript, REST/SOAP Integrations, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, MID Server, Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk & Compliance
