1. He should act as a bridge between the employees and the management and take care of all employee welfare programs for the benefit of both
2. Procurement of all Welfare Items ( Including Uniform and periodical Welfare Items)
3. Insurance Administration
4. Medical Administration
5. Event Management

The Welfare Officer will be responsible for fostering a positive and supportive work environment for employees at India Nippon Electricals. This individual will implement and manage employee welfare programs, ensuring that all staff members have access to resources that enhance their well-being and job satisfaction. The Welfare Officer will collaborate with various departments to identify employee needs, create initiatives that promote mental and physical health, and address any concerns related to workplace welfare. Regular engagement with employees through surveys and feedback mechanisms will be essential to continuously improve the welfare strategies in place. The Welfare Officer will also organize training sessions, workshops, and community outreach activities to strengthen team cohesion and promote a healthy workplace culture.
