Job Description
Ensure employee welfare and statutory compliance as per applicable labour laws. Act as a liaison between employees and management for grievance redressal and harmonious industrial relations. Monitor and implement welfare facilities, health, safety.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in plant preferable leather industry. Experience in leather goods manufacturing industry preferred.
