Job Scope
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Website Developer who can design, develop, and maintain responsive and engaging websites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern web technologies, CMS platforms, and AI-enhanced development tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver fast, secure, and high-performing websites that meet diverse business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop responsive websites using WordPress, Shopify, or custom stacks.
Customize themes/templates to meet specific branding and functionality requirements.
Build user-friendly, SEO-optimized interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, content teams, and backend developers.
Leverage AI tools like GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to speed up development and testing.
Debug and troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing maintenance and feature enhancements.
Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and security.
Stay updated with industry trends, CMS advancements, and new web technologies.
Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and CRM systems.
Follow web standards, ensure cross-browser/device compatibility and accessibility guidelines

Required Skills:
- Strong command over HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.
Familiarity with PHP and frontend frameworks like React.js or Vue.js.
CMS expertise in WordPress, Shopify, and other platforms including theme/plugin customization.
Hands-on with AI development tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, AI-based builders.
Proficiency in using performance & security tools like GTmetrix, Google Lighthouse, Search Console.
Good understanding of website security, SEO, and accessibility practices.
Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience in website development or full-stack development.
Experience integrating third-party services, APIs, payment gateways, and CRM tools.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
Experience working in a client-service or digital agency environment is a plus.
