Job Description

Web/App Technical Architect
  1. Act as a technical thought leader and architect across all front-end teams delivering digital solutions for end users.
  2. Provide architecture for Web/App platforms as per established guiding principles.
  3. Transform high-level architecture into detailed technical designs.
  4. Convert functional and non-functional requirements into scalable designs.
  5. Coordinate with product and business teams to finalize solution proposals.
  6. Assess available options, document pros and cons, and create Architectural Decision Records (ADR) .
  7. Assist engineering teams in selecting tools and evaluating providers.
  8. Define technical architecture for Web, App, SSO, and Ecommerce capabilities.
  9. Facilitate design review sessions to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
  10. Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with security, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  1. 9+ years of overall experience.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Proven experience with React / React Native and .NET (.NET Core / ASP.NET) backend technologies.
  4. Experience working within complex enterprise environments with multiple dependencies.
  5. Deep understanding of headless, microservices-based, API-first , and event-based architectures.
  6. Experience with Cloud Native SaaS and custom-built applications.
  7. Strong exposure to open technologies and enterprise technology landscapes.
  8. Hands-on experience building solutions on Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
  9. Ability to present and justify architecture decisions to senior stakeholders.
  10. Familiarity with Agile methodologies .
  11. Experience using Lucid, JIRA, Confluence , and related tools.
Good to Have
  • Azure or AWS Architecture Certifications.
  • Experience working in a SAFe organization .
  • Strong collaboration skills within cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups.
