Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive websites using Framer.
  • Build interactive components using custom code embeds (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP) inside Framer.
  • Integrate APIs within Framer and WordPress for dynamic data and automation workflows.
  • Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect WordPress or Framer websites.
  • Customize existing WordPress themes or build new themes from scratch as per project needs.
  • Create, modify, and enhance WordPress plugins for custom functionality.
  • Optimize websites for speed, SEO, Core Web Vitals, and overall performance.
  • Manage domains, hosting environments, DNS, staging setups, and deployments.
  • Conduct deployment through CI/CD pipelines or manual release processes.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility across all modern browsers and devices.
  • Work closely with UI/UX and Marketing teams to achieve pixel-perfect design outputs.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, debug errors, and implement improvements on ongoing projects.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Framer (mandatory).
  • API integration experience in both Framer and WordPress.
  • Strong coding proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP.
  • Custom plugin development and plugin customization experience.
  • WordPress theme creation, child theme customization, and template building.
  • Experience with website speed optimization, SEO fundamentals, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Knowledge of domain management, hosting, DNS, SSL, and deployment workflows.
  • Ability to convert Figma WordPress or Figma Framer accurately.
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools (PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix).

Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of front-end architecture and component-based development.
  • Ability to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, functional web pages.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and disciplined in documentation and code hygiene.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams under fast-paced timelines.
  • Strong communication and ability to clearly explain technical decisions.
