Web Developer

As an employee of Agnik, the primary focus of the Web Developers would be to maintain existing web-based applications, adding new features, and creating new applications. The selected person would be accountable for full-stack app development responsibilities including both backend and user interface development. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable and passionate about latest developments in .net/C#/javascript software technologies and should be a hands-on developer. The position does not require extensive travel.

Duties Include

• Develop .net, C#, javascript applications.
Designing and developing user interfaces. Collaborate with creative arts team for the graphic elements.
Writing and using back-end web service API-s.
Developing ecommerce application, SQL query writing/optimization.
Data management using relational and non-relational data management systems. Deep understanding of database management systems.
Familiarity with authentication and encryption technology.

Required Qualifications

• At least a B.Tech/BS degree from a reputed University in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic engineering (or other engineering/Science major) with relevant experience.
2 - 5 years of experience in building high performance web applications using .net/C#/javascript.
An eye for creating beautiful user interfaces.
Ability to communicate in fluent English. Effective communications skills and strong interpersonal skills, both orally and in written form.
Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to details, ability to prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines.
