Job Description
VisaPro Web Developers will:
- Implement project specifications to provide technology solutions to specific business problems and integrate these solutions into internet infrastructure
- Design and develop database structures as well as middle tier components to support web application development projects
- Write and maintain web based applications including implementation
- Work with users to design application functions by preparing technical documentation (flowcharts, ER diagrams, pseudo code) that illustrate sequence of steps and logical operations involved
- Integrate databases within various ecommerce websites
The ideal candidate should have:
- 2+ years of software development experience in developing high-performance, database-driven websites or web applications
- Strong programming skills in ASP.NET, VBScript, JavaScript, and Visual Basic
- Experience in designing and maintaining databases using MS SQL Server 2005 / 2008 including Tables, Stored Procedures, Triggers, etc.
- Fluent programming in Visual Studio-based application development environment
- Familiarity with JQuery, AJAX and XML is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
