Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure web applications meet project requirements and quality standards.

Maintain and update existing web applications to improve performance and user experience.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.

Continuously monitor web application functionality and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).

Experience with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
