Summary:
As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of a website. The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure relevance and accuracy. Additionally, documenting technical designs and specifications is a key part of the daily routine. The position requires continuous research to integrate the latest content and features into websites, ensuring they remain current and engaging for users. Collaboration with different teams to align web functionalities with project goals is also an essential aspect of the role.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and implementation of web application features to meet project requirements.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.

Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

Experience with back-end development, including database management and server-side programming.

Familiarity with web application architecture and design patterns.

Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize web applications for performance and scalability.

Understanding of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
