Collaboration with different teams may also be part of daily activities to align web development efforts with overall project goals.

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices in web development to enhance team productivity and project quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).

Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.

Experience with web frameworks and libraries to streamline application development and improve maintainability.

Familiarity with version control systems to manage codebase changes effectively.

Ability to troubleshoot and debug web applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

Understanding of web security principles and best practices to protect applications from vulnerabilities.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
