Summary:
As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of a website. The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure relevance and accuracy. Additionally, the position requires documenting technical designs and specifications in detail. Continuous research is conducted to integrate the latest content and features into websites, enhancing user experience and functionality. Collaboration with different teams to align web development efforts with project goals is also a key part of the daily routine.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices in web development to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Generative AI.

Experience with front-end and back-end web technologies to create seamless user interfaces and robust server-side logic.

Strong understanding of web application architecture and responsive design principles.

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Familiarity with debugging tools and performance optimization techniques.

Knowledge of integrating APIs and third-party services to enhance web application capabilities.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
