Web Designer - Prototyping Tools (3-14 yrs)

Role Overview :

As a Web Designer, you will be a pivotal force in shaping the visual and interactive experience of our digital products and online presence. You will work collaboratively with product managers, development teams, and marketing specialists to translate intricate requirements into intuitive, engaging, and accessible web interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop responsive, user-centric web interfaces for our immigration application portals, corporate websites, and digital tools, ensuring optimal usability and accessibility for a diverse global audience.

- Collaborate closely with product and development teams to define user flows, wireframes, storyboards, and site maps, effectively communicating interaction and design ideas.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights, validate design decisions, and iterate on solutions that address user needs and business objectives.

- Translate complex immigration processes into simplified, visually appealing, and easy-to-navigate digital experiences, reducing friction for applicants.

- Maintain and evolve Axnode's brand guidelines and design system across all digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency and reinforcing our professional image.

- Present and articulate design concepts, rationale, and solutions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback constructively to refine designs.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web design and user experience to continuously enhance our digital offerings.

Required Skillset :

- A strong portfolio showcasing 3- 14 years of demonstrated experience in UI/UX design for web applications and websites, with a deep understanding of user-centric design principles.

- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and a solid grasp of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate effective collaboration with development teams.

- Proven ability to create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts, rationale, and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.

- Experience working in an agile development environment and adapting to evolving project requirements and timelines.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working effectively with remote and distributed teams across multiple time zones in India, Canada, and Australia.
