Web Designer

Role Overview:

As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing website layouts, landing pages, and other digital assets. Youll work closely with marketing, development, and product teams to ensure design consistency, responsiveness, and a seamless user experience across all devices and browsers.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Design

• Design visually appealing, responsive websites, landing pages, and web interfaces that align with brand identity
  
• Translate concepts and ideas into high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
  
• Create digital assets such as banners, icons, and graphics for use on websites and marketing platforms

UX/UI Best Practices

• Apply modern UI/UX principles to improve user engagement and conversion rates
  
• Ensure designs follow accessibility standards and responsive design best practices
  
• Stay updated with the latest web design trends, technologies, and tools

Project & File Management

• Organize design files and maintain a shared design system or library
  
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  
• Provide design guidelines and assets to developers or other stakeholders when needed

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with web builders (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Elementor, Wix)
  
• Familiarity with JavaScript or front-end frameworks (React, Vue)
  
• Experience in A/B testing tools and conversion optimization
  
• Motion/animation design skills (e.g., Lottie, After Effects)
  
• SEO knowledge related to web design (page speed, image optimization, structure)
