Web Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative Web Designer to design visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, experience with web design tools, and an understanding of web development principles. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to create engaging digital experiences that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design responsive and interactive web pages that deliver excellent user experiences.
  
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web applications and websites.
  
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual style, branding, and UI guidelines.
  
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve web design and functionality.
  
• Optimize web designs for speed, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
  
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
  
• Prepare design assets and specifications for handoff to development teams.
  
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet business requirements.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  
• 25+ years of experience in web design or UI/UX design.
  
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for design implementation.
  
• Experience in creating responsive web designs for desktop and mobile platforms.
  
• Understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
