Warehouse Operator

Operator with no previous applicable experience to fulfil a low complexity role where minimal training is required to fulfil tasks e.g. pallet stacking, receiving and recording of goods. Works under very close supervision with a daily focus; no previous experience required.

• Responsible to ensure safe working in warehouse and his work place.
• Responsible to operate forklift and stackers
• Responsible to load and unload vehicle or containers
• Responsible to ensue work-place nit and clean.
• Responsible to ensure timely packaging of finished goods.
• Responsible to perform timely put way and picking of goods
• Responsible to ensure packing of goods as per define packing standards.
• Responsible to ensure timely movement of goods from warehouse to FOL and EOL to warehouse.
• Responsible to follow all EHS, Quality, Security guidelines and other procedures.
• Report all things to his shift supervisor on daily basis.
• Performs other duties as required.

• Authorized to operate forklift and stacker.
• Authorized to load and unload vehicles and containers.
• Authorized to provide instruction to security of allowing vehicle inside the premises.
• Authority to issue raw materials to production.
• Authorize to ask for PPE compliance in his respective shift.

• Work in shifts

• ITI or 12th standard from a recognized university with 2-3 year s experience - Essential
• Similar experience in warehouse in a Manufacturing Unit - Essential
• Forklift and Stacker/Reach Trucks Operation - Essential
• Knowledge of 5S and Kaizens - Desired
• Knowledge of Barcode Management Systems - Desired
