Job Summary-
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, maintain safety standards, and lead the warehouse team to achieve operational excellence.
Required Skills & Knowledge-
Strong command of English (written and verbal).
Excellent manpower handling and leadership skills.
Hands-on experience with SAP (Warehouse/Inventory Module).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS Reports).
Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for customer and management presentations.
Experience in Physical Inventory (PI) and stock reconciliation.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of warehouse KPIs, inventory management, and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage overall warehouse operations including inbound, storage, inventory, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and physical inventory (PI).
Lead and manage warehouse manpower, including supervisors and contract labor.
Monitor warehouse KPIs and ensure timely achievement of operational targets.
Coordinate with customers, and internal teams for smooth operations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Handle customer audits and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve productivity.
Resolve operational issues while maintaining high service levels.
