Summary

Crepdog Crew is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations for our retail and e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and smooth coordination between warehouse, retail stores, and online operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
Ensure accurate inventory control , stock reconciliation, and cycle counts
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics , coordinating with vendors and courier partners
Maintain warehouse KPIs related to order accuracy, turnaround time, and stock availability
Implement and monitor SOPs to improve efficiency and reduce errors
Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff and supervisors
Ensure proper handling and storage of high-value products (sneakers, apparel, accessories)
Coordinate with retail stores and e-commerce teams to meet demand and timelines
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and housekeeping standards
Use WMS/ERP systems for inventory tracking and reporting
Identify process improvements to optimize space, manpower, and costs

Required Experience & Skills

6 8 years of warehouse management experience in retail, fashion, footwear, or e-commerce
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS/ERP)
Experience handling multi-channel operations (retail + online)
Proven ability to manage teams and meet operational targets
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Familiarity with logistics, last-mile delivery, and reverse logistics
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
