Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse operations for Bosch Electricals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate inventory management while driving operational excellence, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting, stock audits, and reconciliation.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, on-time dispatch, productivity, and order fulfillment.
• Lead and develop warehouse supervisors and associates to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
• Optimize warehouse layout, storage utilization, and material flow to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Transport teams for smooth operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and process optimization techniques.
• Ensure timely dispatch of materials while maintaining documentation accuracy.
• Monitor manpower planning, shift management, and workforce productivity.
• Handle customer and internal audits and ensure compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.
• Control warehouse operating costs while maintaining service levels.
• Identify process improvements through data analysis and implement corrective actions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8–16 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in the electrical, automotive, or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), SAP, and MS Office.
• Experience in inventory management, material handling, and warehouse automation.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• SAP/WMS proficiency.
