Job Opening: Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Manage inward material receipt and inventory flow.
Oversee parts location and warehouse space management.
Ensure smooth order execution from picking, checking, packing, to dispatch.
Lead and supervise warehouse staff for efficient operations.
Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) in parts movement.
Monitor and expedite movement of old/slow-moving stock.
Ensure proper storage, upkeep, and condition of spare parts.
Conduct regular stock audits and maintain inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
Requirements:
1015 years of experience in warehouse operations.
Experience in handling spare parts, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or similar inventory.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse processes.
Experience in team management and warehouse documentation.
Familiarity with ERP/WMS and MS Excel is preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
