Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations: inbound, put-away, storage, order fulfilment, dispatch, and returns.
• Knowledge of inventory management and implementation of WMS for racking storage system.
• Plan and manage manpower deployment across all shifts to meet agreed SLAs and volumes.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly KPIs (fill rate, inventory accuracy, dispatch TAT, damages/shrinkage) and report them to company management.
• Drive SOP adherence, 5S, and safety compliance across the facility; lead incident investigation and corrective action.
• Manage the MHE fleet (forklifts, reach trucks, BOPT/hand pallet trucks) utilisation, maintenance schedules, and operator safety.
• Serve as the day-to-day operational point of contact for the client, while escalating all issues, risks, and decisions through company management.
• Own statutory and audit compliance (labour law, fire/safety, warehouse licensing) with support from HR/compliance teams.
• Review and sign off on manpower attendance, billing, and cost control for the site.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline; a diploma/degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management is preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in warehouse/DC operations, with at least 3 years in a site-in-charge or manager role.
• Working knowledge of WMS/ERP systems, MS Excel, and warehouse KPIs.
• Strong people-management, client-facing, and crisis-handling skills.
