Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Manage warehouse staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Monitor inventory and conduct regular physical stock verification against system records.
• Oversee loading and unloading activities to minimize damage and stock loss.
• Maintain stock movement records, damage reports, and other warehouse documentation.
• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Train and guide warehouse team members to improve productivity.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams.
• Identify process improvements and implement warehouse best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Eligibility

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of warehouse experience in the FMCG industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
