Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily activities such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping .
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular audits to minimize discrepancies.
Train and develop team members to achieve business goals and boost performance.
Collaborate with different departments to resolve operational issues quickly.
Ensure safety compliance by maintaining a clean, secure, and well-organized warehouse.
Address and solve problems related to equipment, inventory errors, and order fulfillment.
Manage warehouse performance by tracking reports and meeting operational targets.
Identify and implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency.
Monitor budgets and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Qualifications Requirements:

1-3+ years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with warehouse management software and reporting tools.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus.
