Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch.
Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
Plan and optimize warehouse space utilization and material flow.
Manage inbound and outbound shipments while meeting delivery timelines.
Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams for smooth operations.
Monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare operational reports.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Handle customer or internal escalations related to warehouse operations.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
58 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse processes, and logistics.
Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
