Job Description

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the warehouse, including inventory control, staff supervision, and ensuring the timely and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of electronic products. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Warehouse Operations:
    • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
    • Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  2. Inventory Management:
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping and minimizing stock discrepancies.
    • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.
  3. Receiving and Shipping:
    • Supervise the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming products.
    • Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to customers and retail locations.
  4. Staff Management:
    • Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about warehouse operations and safety procedures.
    • Schedule and assign tasks to staff, monitor performance, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  5. Safety and Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  6. Equipment and Maintenance:
    • Oversee the maintenance and proper use of warehouse equipment and vehicles.
    • Coordinate repairs and replacements as necessary.
  7. Technology and Systems:
    • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology to track inventory and manage operations.
    • Implement and optimize warehouse technology solutions to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the electronics industry.
  • Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and inventory control.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
