Job Description - Ware house Manager

• Branch Roorkee CDC
• Exposure of working on software like Tally & SAP.
• Exposure in warehouse management, inventory planning, inventory control, Transportation management, outsourcing, auditing, reverse logistics, safety procedures, vendor management.
• Must have:
• Warehouse infrastructure-
• Operations- Invoicing, E-waybills, Repacking, Stickering, defacing, Destruction
• Estimation/control/analysis of fixed& variable expenses
• Transportation-
• End to end transportation
• Vehcile optimization, load ability improvements
• Dedicated vehcile management
• Negotiations
• Transit Damage shortage monitoring improvements
• Theft/ Accident/ Damage Insurance Claim Processing
• Inventory management-
• Ensure FEF in material liquidation
• Inventory cost control& monitoring
• Stock audit & monitoring
• Stock audit & compliance
• Managing &control stock return ,recall, storage, picking& packing
• Cold chain management
• Ensure temperature control& monitoring in storage/ movement
• Space planning/ calculations
• Cold van uses & management
• coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods
• keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate
• Plan future capacity requirements
• have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these.
• Preparing GST Return Details Monthly Basis & Filling
• Knowledge of salary calculations.
• Knowledge Of GST(goods & Services ACT-2017).
• Dispatch reconciliation and closing stock reconciliation.
• Coordinating with Production Team both in house and third party for timely receipt of finished goods, sample and promotional material
• produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for top management
• Good storage practices & knowledge of ISO Procedure for certification of warehouse shall be preffered.
• Follow-up with the vendors for timely delivery of materials
