Warehouse Incharge

Bhasin Group is a leading distributor of medical equipment, medical consumables, and healthcare machinery. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Incharge to manage our warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory control and dispatch processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Manage inventory, stock movement, and material handling.
• Ensure accurate inward and outward entries of goods.
• Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and stock records.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory audits.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company procedures.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff to achieve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Incharge or in a similar role.
• Experience in the medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industry will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally and MS Office.
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
