About the Role

As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring seamless inventory management, efficient dispatch, and strict quality control. You will play a critical role in maintaining supply chain efficiency and supporting business scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch
• Ensure accurate inventory management through cycle counts and system updates
• Maintain optimal par stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking
• Implement FIFO and FEFO practices for inventory movement
• Oversee order fulfillment to ensure high accuracy and timely dispatch
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile variances
• Establish and monitor quality control checks for inbound and outbound goods
• Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
• Supervise warehouse staff, allocate duties, and drive performance
• Prepare and present inventory and operational reports to management
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
• 4–6 years of warehouse or inventory management experience
• Prior experience leading warehouse teams
• Strong understanding of inventory control systems and ERP tools
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, quality standards, and safety practices
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
